They say that you are only as old as you feel . . . so, I turned 47 today. I spent the morning being lazy and lounging around the house while Todd and his brothers went shooting. Then I went to a baptism for one of the girls in my Sunday School class, picked up some food, and made sure everyone was fed.
Then work had given me tickets to a Billy Joel / Elton John concert. I actually had a really, really good time. The lights they used were amazing. I want to know how much some of the lights they had cost. The concert was 3 1/2 hours long. I'd say that Elton John has a better voice, but Billy Joel gives a better show. They sang the Beatles' version of Happy Birthday to me and ended with one of my all time favorite songs . . . The Piano Man . . . and thus ends another year of my life!

It's really hard to take a good picture of "lights" but you see Elton John's face . . . that is not a computer screen it is lights.
