Her 1st Bra!

So . . . Emily has decided she needs to wear a Bra. She really has nothing to cover, but there are some older kids at school who do wear bras and I guess she wants to be a big kid. She first asked a couple of months ago and I told her wearing a bra really was no fun and she would have to wear one the rest of her life so why start now. She said "Okay, maybe I won't need one till I'm 9 or maybe 8". I thought the conversation had passed, but sure enough she started asking again. So, Tuesday I went by Target on the way home and picked her up two white sports bra tank top training bras. Did you know they pretty much have a lingerie section for pre-teens at Target. I swear there was every color in the rainbow. Anyway, I figured she wear it one day and be done with it . . . Nope! She came home the first day and said no one even noticed my bra, not even when they hugged me. I said good and reminded her that bras were NOT something we show off. Anyway, she's on her 3rd day. What am I going to do? My little girl is growing up so fast!
